Patient Addresses
Go to Admin > Patients > View Patient Profile > Addresses
The dispensary Admin can add or modify a patient address and the individual practitioner can add or modify patient addresses in their practitioner account.
Patients can add or modify their addresses in their patient account if the patient account is ON and they have access to their account.

You can have multiple patient addresses for shipping purposes. (Example: Home, Office, Vacation)
1. Find/Search for the Patient
2. View their Profile
3. Select the Addresses Tab
4. Click on “Add New Address” or Edit an existing address.
5. Fill out the Form to add a new address
6. Press Save & Verify the Information was saved
