Sound Notifications

Go to Admin > Settings > Notifications > Sound Notifications

You can have specific sounds ring when an event takes place in your dispensary. You can create a sound notification for the following.

  1. New Order is Placed
  2. New Vouch Request
  3. New Practitioner Registers
  4. Practitioner Requests Credits
  5. Practitioner Uploads a Logo

Existing Sounds

There are existing sounds you can choose from already loaded into your Dispensary.
Click on “All Sounds” and you can press the play button to hear the sound.
Make sure your speaks are attached to your computer and working.

Custom Sounds

You can upload a sound file and use a custom sound for sound notifications
